BOTTOM OF THE BAG CHIPS

If your kids are like mine the crushed chips at the bottom of the bag go untouched! Usually not a huge amount of chips but still adds up over time. I try not to let anything go to waste, its like throwing money out the door.

Potatoe Chip Cookies
1 cup softened Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 cups Flour
1 cup crushed Potato Chips

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add Bottom of the bag crushed potatoe chips.
Add 1 tsp. of vanilla then gradually pour in the flour until well blended
Drop the cookies a teaspoon at a time onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are golden.Makes 3 dozen cookies

CHICKEN COATING
Chicken, butter ,potato chips.Salt and pepper.
Select chicken according to number of people you are cooking for. Melt butter in small container. Crush potato chips. Dip chicken in butter then roll in potato chips until well coated. Place in pan that will hold the chicken and cover pan completely with aluminum foil. Bake at 300 degrees approximately 2 hours. This can be prepared and frozen for later use.

POTATO CHIP CHEESEBURGERS
8 ounces ground beef
1/4 cup crushed potato chips
1/4 cup sour cream dip
2 tablespoons pickle relish
2 hamburger rolls
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix beef, potato chips, sour cream dip and relish. Mix well. Shape into patties. Cook until brown, about 2 1/2 minutes on each side or well done in center. Serve on hamburger rolls topped with cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips
